Bit of a caveat: 1. This is a super alpha version of the clculator. 2. It is not legally binding as the TOS indicates. 3. Future versions will allow for a series of drinks and a timeline. 4. Contrary to popular belief, tolerance is not a factor in BAC. Highly tolerant people can function better at higher BACs, but they do not have a magic shed some BAC bullet. 5. The formula is based upon an average healthy person. There are additional factors that can change the rate at which BAC rises and how alcohol is metabolized out of the system. Food can delay the introduction of alcohol into the bloodstream, but eventually you process the food containing the alcohol. A healthy liver is required to metabolize alcohol. So if you are sick and your liver is busy fighting a virus, it is not being helpful in metabolizing alcohol.
